Role Description
East African Holdings S.C is seeking a part-time Strategy Advisor for Shareholders for a
hybrid role, implying that the role is located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia but some work from
home is acceptable. The Strategy Advisor for Shareholders will be responsible for advising
and supporting shareholders on the development and implementation of the company’s
strategic plans, as well as identifying and analyzing business opportunities and providing
customized solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
 Strategic advice to shareholders.
 Market trend and competitor analysis.
 Risk and opportunity advising.
 Shareholders’ interests strategy alignment.
Qualifications
 Master’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or
related field
 Senior strategic advisory experience
 Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
 Strong communication, and interpersonal skills
