Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting and Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field or A master’s degree in related fields.
- A minimum of 9 years of expereince in Strategic planning, Result Management, Strategy or Research, and the Digital Financial industry or mobile money services exposure is preferable.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data, financial metrics, and customer insights to drive strategic decision-making.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing strategic plans for digital financial services.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and deliver results within defined deadlines.
