Key Responsibilities
- Design, analyze, and assess structural systems for buildings and infrastructure projects
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and calculations
- Ensure structural designs meet national and international standards and codes
- Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and project managers
- Conduct site visits and inspections as required
- Support tender processes and cost estimation from a structural perspective
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Licensed/Registered Engineer (E.g., PE, R.Eng, or equivalent preferred)
- 4+ years of experience in structural design and analysis
- Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAP2000, or Revit Structure
- Solid understanding of building codes and construction methods
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
