Main roles & responsibilities:
To teach Civic Education and English to grades 8 to 12 classes.
■ Strategically plan, teach and achieve 100% pass rate
■ Interpret the syllabus correctly and prepare schemes of work.
Deliver the highest standard of education and ensure quality lesson delivery.
■ Adequate assessment of the learners and prepare progress reports. Relate with parents and staff over learners’ progress
■ Ensure protection and Safety of all learners.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by the school administration.
Requirements:
- Combination of Civic Education/English Language (minor)
- Must be Degree holder from recognized University (Minimum B.A. ED)
- Must have (3) years’ experience teaching at Secondary school level.
- Must be computer literate.
- Must have creative and innovative mind.
- Ready to work long hours.
- Must be registered with the Teaching Council of Zambia and must have a valid Teaching license
