JOB DESCRIPTION
B1 Overall purpose of the job. DCS OPERATION, substituting Lab chemist whenever required.
Key Responsibilities
1. DCS operation & Reporting to Shift superintendent in all process operations.
2. Supervising operators and instructing them to follow all process operations (Fermentation,
distillation, WTP, ETP, boiler &turbine) as per the procedure and reporting to Supdt.Shift
3. DCS record maintenance
4. Doing laboratory analysis when required
5. Yeast culturing and developing up to culture vessel stage
6. Adhering to and enforcing the Safety, Health and Environment Policy of the company
7. ISO / UNBS certificate related coordination with the team.
8. Hygienic condition maintenance in the DCS control room.
9. Performing any other related duties that may be assigned by the SuperintendentShift/Management from time to time.
C Knowledge, qualifications & Experience
C1.1 Education:

Minimum a diploma in chemical engineering or any related science course.
C1.2 Experience, Skills and Competences:
• Minimum 2 years working experience in the same field
• DCS /Computer operation, Laboratory analysing skills.
