- Supervision and monitoring of stock availability and approves stock movement/evacuation plan of petroleum products together with operations.
- Oversees and approves stock cost posting in SAP in liaison with the Supply Backoffice Manager.
- Responsible for analysing and reporting stock costing to Sales-Supply committee in accordance with TEMUL stock costing strategy.
- Deploy support mechanisms for sales and marketing strategies with secured supply plans and minimize impact at customer level of any supply/demand discontinuity and develop contingency plans to address exceptions such as un planned shortages.
- Develop KPIs for Supply Front office Team with Periodic reporting on the section

? Responsible for Sales Demand Planning and Stock needs Projection for
Importation of Petroleum Products from TEMUL Supply Sources in accordance
with TEMUL Supply Policy and the Total MS/AFR Supply Management System.
Candidate Profile
-
A bachelors degree in procurement and Supply Chain management, Business
administration, Engineering, Accounting or any other related field (CIPS is an
added advantage).
