countries in Africa. We seek a suitable candidate to fill the following position:
SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR INTERN
The position will report to the Human Resource and Administration Manager – Fintech Group/
Uganda.
Responsibilities:
The staff will be exposed in the following areas with guidance of the HR and Admin
Manager;
Provide Office administration and logistical support
In liaison with the Administrative Assistant, provide staff with administrative support
services.
Provide logistical support during trainings, meetings and company events
Run office deliveries including parcel delivery and collection as may be assigned.
Collaborates with senior management and managers to schedule daily, weekly and
monthly travel as may be necessary
Works with HR & Admin team to plan and arrange travel, conferences and meetings.
Provide company office support to staff
Recording and dispatching letters and documents
Qualification & skills
Post-secondary certification
3 years’ experience in general Administration, Office management.
Good telephone etiquette
Supportive and proactive.
People skills and also ability to relate well with people
Written and oral skills.
Computer literate, with high degree of proficiency and productivity.
Flexible and agile.
