Job Overview:
The Systems Completion Administrator uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external issues to improve the Completions discipline within McDermott. They will act as a resource for colleagues with less experience and share their conceptual and practical expertise related to the Completions discipline. The Systems Completion Administrator solves complex problems and uses discipline-specific knowledge to improve their products or services. The Systems Completion Administrator impacts a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities with the Completions team and other related teams and ensures they work within the appropriate guidelines and policies.
Responsibilities
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and manage completion plans for onshore construction projects
- Ensure all completion activities comply with industry regulations and quality standards
- Coordinate with project teams to identify and resolve completion issues that may arise
- Liaise with clients and contractors to ensure timely delivery of completion documentation
- Supervise and mentor junior completion specialists in the team
Qualifications
Essential Qualifications and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Petroleum Engineering or related field5 to 7 years’ experience in completions management for onshore construction projects in the EPCI industry
- Strong knowledge of industry standards such as API, ASME, ANSI, ISO, and ASTM
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Experience with software programs for completion tracking and documentation
- Knowledge of safety and risk management processes in the EPCI industry
