  • Design program and agroforestry systems:
    • You’ll conduct field and desk research to design and trial agroforestry systems that maximize farmer impact by transforming their farms into productive and resilient ecosystems
    • You’ll rigorously assess farmer demand and potential for multiple agroforestry species.
    • You’ll create annual work-planning activities for the program.
    • You’ll develop tree impact models, collaborating with the MEL team to execute annual agroforestry impact assessments in the field
  • Maximize farmer returns through training: You’ll develop and oversee the execution of training content for all tree species
  • Team management: Initially you will manage three team members’ performance.
  • Tree Production and Logistics: You’ll lead the production/sourcing of tree seedlings through partnerships and by managing the establishment of centralized and decentralized nurseries. Create models to distribute the tree seedlings across the Southern Highlands.

Career Growth and Development

We have a strong culture of constant learning and we invest in developing our people. You’ll have weekly check-ins with your manager, access to mentorship and training programs, and regular feedback on your performance. We hold career reviews every six months, and set aside time to discuss your aspirations and career goals. You’ll have the opportunity to shape a growing organization and build a rewarding long-term career.
