Duties and Responsibilities: 

Instruction and Curriculum Development:
oPlan, prepare, and deliver high quality, engaging and effective lessons in accordance with the school’s curriculum.
oDevelop and implement lesson plans that cater to the individual needs of students.
oUtilize a variety of instructional strategies and resources to enhance learning and accommodate different learning styles.
oIntegrate technology into the classroom to enhance student learning and engagement.

Assessment and Evaluation:

oAssess and monitor student progress through formative and summative assessments.
oProvide timely and constructive feedback to students and parents.
oMaintain accurate records of student progress and development.

Classroom Management:

oCreate a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect, cooperation, and a love of learning.
oImplement effective classroom management strategies to ensure a safe and productive learning environment.

Collaboration and Professional Development:

oWork collaboratively with colleagues to develop and refine curriculum and teaching practices.
oParticipate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and best practices.
oContribute to the school community by participating in extracurricular activities, school events, and activities.

Communication and Relationship Building:

oEstablish and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
oCommunicate regularly with parents to discuss student progress, concerns, and achievements.
oFoster a supportive and respectful learning community that values diversity and inclusivity.

About You

Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Valid teaching certification.
Minimum of 3+ years of teaching experience, preferably in an international school setting.
Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to adapt to a diverse and multicultural environment.
Proficiency in the use of technology for teaching and learning.
Experience with international curricula.
Experience in teaching students from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development and lifelong learning.
Experience in incorporating technology into the classroom to enhance learning outcomes.
