requirements and competency profile
- Compulsory schooling or equivalent technical course;
- Experience in the area as a trainer with a Certificate of Pedagogical Competencies (CCP);
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in theoretical and practical training of machines used in the construction sector (grader, loader, excavators, crawler tractors, articulated dump trucks, cylinders) and trucks;
- Good computer skills;
- Good knowledge of the English language;
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written);
- Organizational and planning skills;
- Adaptability;
- Availability for mobility.
