Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their ERP needs and document requirements
- Deliver impactful PowerPoint and product presentations to new and existing clients
- Prepare and refine technical proposals to support client onboarding
- Ensure the Software Dynamics brand stays visible in the ERP space
- Oversee onboarding activities, mentor interns, and develop client engagement strategies
