- Technical Assistance: Collaborate with the business team to set up, operate, and maintain specialized equipment required for client servicing.
- Facility Maintenance: Oversee the comprehensive maintenance of clients’ assigned facilities, ensuring cleanliness and optimal conditions.
- Equipment Setup: Assist in arranging and preparing equipment and materials for presentations, workshops, meetings, and servicing activities.
- Documentation and Inventory: Maintain precise records of equipment usage, maintenance tasks, and inventory levels. Support procurement activities and update inventory logs.
- Problem-Solving: Address technical challenges during equipment usage and troubleshoot issues to find practical solutions.
- Communication Support: Assist in internal communication related to equipment usage, maintenance schedules, and facility updates.
- Equipment Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancing facility conditions, suggesting upgrades, repairs, or improvements to create an ideal work environment.Key Attributes / Qualifications of Ideal Candidate
- National Diploma or equivalent qualification in a relevant Technical field.
- Proven experience as a machine operator/technical personnel in the field of cleaning and facility maintenance.
- An added advantage would be the ability to drive satisfactorily on Lagos roads and possess a valid driver’s license.
