Qualifications, Experience and Attributes
Must have Bachelors Honours Degree in Dietetics or equivalent qualification.
Applicants should have experience of carrying out dietetics practical for undergraduate and
postgraduate students.
Must have a proven experience either at an Institute of high learning, Private sector or
public sector is an added advantage.
The applicants should have Knowledge of Nutrition Assessment Methods (biochemical,
anthropometry, clinical), Dietary intake assessment, Food service management, Menu
planning.
Responsibilities
Assist members of academic staff with research work, and laboratory work in the
Department.
