Qualifications, Experience and Attributes
 Must have Bachelors Honours Degree in Dietetics or equivalent qualification.
 Applicants should have experience of carrying out dietetics practical for undergraduate and
postgraduate students.
 Must have a proven experience either at an Institute of high learning, Private sector or
public sector is an added advantage.
 The applicants should have Knowledge of Nutrition Assessment Methods (biochemical,
anthropometry, clinical), Dietary intake assessment, Food service management, Menu
planning.
Responsibilities
 Assist members of academic staff with research work, and laboratory work in the
Department.
