Key Responsibilities
1. Systems & Digital Support
- Provide day-to-day technical support to internal users on hardware, software, and internet connectivity.
- Maintain FITSPA’s internal IT systems, including email, file sharing, storage, and data backup protocols, to ensure seamless operation.
- Monitor and secure IT infrastructure, applying necessary updates, patches, and configurations.
- Develop and maintain IT documentation, including system usage protocols and troubleshooting guides, to ensure efficient and effective IT operations.
2. Website & Platform Management
- Manage and update the FITSPA website and ensure it is optimized, secure, and user-friendly.
- Maintain digital tools and platforms used for events, member engagement, and communication (e.g., CRM, Zoom, Google Workspace, Mailchimp).
- Ensure proper integration and functionality of forms, payment gateways, and member directories.
- Monitor web analytics and recommend improvements based on usage patterns.
- Design, deploy and manage user portals.
3. Design & Visual Branding
- Design digital and print assets, including social media posts, reports, flyers, infographics, banners, and presentations in line with FITSPA’s brand guide.
- Support the visual development of program documents, newsletters, and event materials.
- Ensure design consistency and quality across all channels and departments.
4. Digital Innovation & Transformation
- Research and propose technology tools to automate routine processes or enhance member experiences.
- Support tech-enabled delivery of FITSPA events, webinars, and digital campaigns.
- Assist in developing new features or digital solutions to address evolving organizational needs.
5. Staff & Member Support
- Serve as first-line IT support for the FITSPA team and event participants.
- Provide staff with basic training and tutorials on new tools or software as needed.
- Troubleshoot issues during member events or digital engagements and ensure readiness of systems.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Design, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or graphic/digital design.
- Experience with WordPress, HTML/CSS, web integrations, and analytics tools.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva with a demonstrable design portfolio.
- Familiarity with tools like Trello, Google Workspace, Mailchimp, and social media scheduling platforms is an advantage.
- Certifications in IT administration, cybersecurity, or UI/UX are a plus.
