Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Telesales Executive located in Kampala.

The Telesales Executive will be responsible for:

• Generating leads
• Make outbound calls to potential customers.
• Promote and sell our products/services over the phone
• Follow up on leads and close sales effectively
• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales

️Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Must be a graduate with proven interest or experience in telesales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to meet sales targets
• Experience in Lead Generation and Sales
• Strong Customer Support skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Proficiency in using CRM software is a plus
