As a telesales representative, you will contact potential and existing customers to convey product details using scripts and achieve conversion targets. You will ensure quality standards in calls, adhere to talk time benchmarks, and maintain meticulous record-keeping for effective customer interactions.
Main Responsibilities
- Telesales: Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product using scripts.
- Conversation objectives: Ensure a campaign assigned achieves its conversion rate target.
- Quality objectives: To ensure the quality of calling adheres to set quality standards.
- Talk time objectives: To adhere to expected talk time benchmarks to maximize productivity.
- Record Keeping: Keep records of all customer interactions and note useful information
Experience, Skills, Competencies, and Education required.
- Any Degree, Certificate or diploma, preferably
- BPO, or sales industry, call center experience will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
- Excellent persuasive and convincing skills, result-oriented, and self-driven.
- Exceptional work ethic and integrity.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and listening skills
