Responsibilities
- Grow company SOGA, RMS and CMS within the Territory as shall be projected by the AOP numbers.
- Develop sales strategies to address grow CMS (Customer Market Share), SOGA (Share of Gross Add) and RMS Revenue Market Share.
- Utilize market research and effective competitor analysis to develop and implement sales plan/strategies that will give Airtel an edge over completion.
- Act as a consultant on planned Marketing campaigns within the territory.
- Track & evaluate campaign effectiveness within the territory.
- Tracking of Territory Network KPIs on service delivery and site productivity.
- Drive desired customer experience in all Airtel Experience centres/ touch points in the territory.
- Manage, develop, and motivate staff.
- Any other duties as may be assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or equivalent training in business or sales management.
- Masters /post graduate qualification in business management is added advantage.
- 8-10 proven successful years of sales with a combination of direct and indirect (distributors) market approach in the Telecommunications Industry or FMCG environment.
- Able to operate in a performance driven organization.
