Duties and responsibilities-
- Provides backup support to ticket outlets, to include after hours on call operational support, system maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Oversees and coordinates the day- to day activities of on call telephone sales clerks as and when required.
- Processes subscription and season ticket orders, handles seat change requests made by subscribers and season- ticketing holders.
- Provides backup maintenance and support of the overall ticketing system as required
- Provides backup maintenance and support of the overall ticketing.
- Other reasonable duties as directed by the relevant line manager
Required Skills and Qualification
- Taken practical Air ticketing training either live or online.
- 2 or 3 years proven work experience as air Ticketing officer senior ticket officer.
- Knowledge of international and Domestics ticket regulations customers.
- Knowledge of ticket and expense reporting and processing.
- Excellent communication (oral and written)
- Highly self -Motivated.
- Proven track record of successfully.
- Managing customer relationships.
- Collage diploma or equivalent Bachelor’s degree is preferred
