TIKTOK ACCOUNT OPERATOR

Location: UGANDA-KAMPALA

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Manage the official Kilimall Uganda TikTok account, including setup, daily operations, security, and compliance.
2. Execute account warming strategies to increase authority and organic traffic.
3. Plan and produce short-form content aligned with Uganda market trends and Kilimall promotions.
4. Handle or coordinate video production, editing, copywriting, and post-production to maintain brand quality.
5. Execute TikTok challenges, hashtag campaigns, and manage local creators/KOLs to drive engagement and sales.
6. Manage TikTok advertising, analyze performance data, produce reports, and optimize strategies.
7. Collaborate with internal teams and align with headquarters for effective local execution.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Diploma or above in marketing, media, digital media, or a related field.
2. At least 1 year of experience managing
3. TikTok or short-video platforms; e-commerce or FMCG experience is a plus.
4. Proficient in TikTok tools, video-editing software, and data analysis platforms.
5. Strong English communication skills; Swahili or Luganda is an advantage.
6. Good understanding of Ugandan and East African social media trends and culture.
7. Creative in translating product features into engaging short-video content.
8. Results-driven with strong data awareness focused on growth and conversion.
9. Strong communication, execution, and stakeholder management skills.
