As part of the Total Rewards team, the role will have global process oversight on areas of Reward to support the TR strategy and the execution of the Total Rewards Policy throughout the organisation. The role will also offer specialist technical advice where required and mentoring to the Regional P&C teams/ focal points in all areas of TR project implementation and ongoing embedding. Provision of consistent, professional advice and issue resolution on Reward issues at all levels across the organisation.
You bring;
Experience in the design, implementation and communication of salary structures, employee benefits and related issues;
In-depth demonstrable experience in job evaluation using the Korn Ferry/Hay methodology;
Extensive experience in benchmarking products and services across Rewards;
Knowledge and appreciation of Reward practices across different regional markets;
Excellent negotiation, representation skills and the ability to work comfortably with diverse staff in challenging contexts
Fluency in English, written and spoken
Expertise in Microsoft Excel
