Management and handling of the day-to-day tracking installations and maintenance
Duties And Responsibilities
- Vehicle checkup and maintenance.
- Perform installations of sophisticated electronic units into various vehicle types including motorbikes, trucks, buses, and plant machinery
- Perform the installations as per the set standard of quality.
- Installation, maintenance, calibration, and configuration of all GPS equipment
- Installing, servicing, and replacing GPS tracking devices on Assets.
- Maintaining proper information logs and submitting to assigned supervisor all with GPS tracking device installation connected information – vehicle’s chassis number, plate number, make, model, color, trackers IMEI number, SIM card number, installation date and place. Other information may be requested at any time.
- Delivering the highest-level professional service to the Company clients while keeping tracker’s installation, concealment, and service information strictly confidential.
- Reporting all company related expenses (transport, installation related expenses) in accurate manner.
- Carry out other tasks as requested by the company management
General Requirements
Qualifications
- Certificate/ Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering
- Must have (3) years of continuous work experience in the relevant field.
- Experience in Vehicle telematics industry is an added advantage.
- Great client management skills
- Presentable with good communication skills
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
