DUTIES:
- Work on all the Agriculture/B&G Tractors Engine and Implements.
- Repair, service, maintain and overhaul Agricultural tractors Engines
- Repair, service and maintenance B&G tractors and implements.
- Monitor work order and activities of subordinate staff in the section.
- Ensure in keeping complete records of equipment and spare parts in stock for maintenance purposes.
- Repair, service and maintain all types of Threshing machines.
- Repair, service and maintain fuel dispenser pump and flowmeter.
- Schedule preventive maintenance and safety inspections for Tractors and other equipment and implements.
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirements
QUALIFICATION:
BSc/HND in Mechanical engineering and other related courses. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of two (2) years’ experience performing a similar role in a well-structured environment.
COMPETENCIES:
The ideal candidate must:
- Have technical knowledge of mechanical equipment.
- Be proficient in the use of MS office.
- Possess an analytical mind and problem solving abilities.
- Have knowledge of oracle application system.
