• Supporting the staff of Don Bosco Fambul in the operations, activities and processes of the newly established therapeutic center.
• Accompanying and training social workers in the psychosocial care of children and adolescents, and integrating new therapeutic approaches into existing work processes.
• Building and maintaining a network with national and international organizations involved in child and adolescent psychosocial care.
• Psychosocial counselling and support for social workers working with traumatized children.
• Planning and monitoring research in the field of psychosocial care of children and adolescents in Sierra Leone together with the partner organization.
• Properly disbursing and managing funds locally in accordance with donor guidelines and AGIAMONDO requirements. In doing so, you will work in partnership with Don Bosco Fambul.

Your profile

• You have a college degree in psychology or a related field with relevant additional qualifications.
• You have at least three years of practical experience in the field of psychosocial care, especially with children and adolescents.
• You have experience in adult education and the transfer of knowledge. Trainer education is advantageous.
• You speak fluent English and have a driver’s license.
• You are an EU or Swiss citizen and identify with the goals and concerns of church development, peace work and the values of Don Bosco Fambul.
