The Training Center Sales Representative will be actively involved in promoting and selling the training programs offered by the Sparc Systems Limited Training Center – the leading provider of professional training programs designed to empower individuals and organizations with the skills needed to thrive in today’s dynamic business and technological environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to sell training programs to individuals, corporate clients and educational institutions.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.
- Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements and provide tailored training solutions.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
- Provide clients with detailed information and guidance on the selection of the most suitable training options.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective strategies for lead generation and brand awareness.
- Participate in promotional events, workshops and industry conferences to showcase our training offerings.
- Generate regular sales reports and provide feedback to management on market trends and customer preferences.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales in the education or training industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with learning and development trends is a plus.
