About Us

At n-SiNGo Uganda, we’re building something different — a system designed for the next decade: intelligent, efficient, and community-centered.

We believe that the right training doesn’t just transfer knowledge — it transforms people. We are creating programs that turn ordinary individuals into high-performing professionals equipped to thrive in a fast-changing world.

We are seeking innovative minds and relentless doers to join our founding team. If you are sharp, ambitious, and creative, this is your invitation.

Role Overview

The Training & Content Developer will be at the heart of our talent-building mission. You will design practical, engaging, and impactful learning experiences that equip individuals and teams with the skills they need to succeed.

You’ll collaborate with subject matter experts, field teams, and leadership to create training that not only informs but inspires — ensuring every participant leaves ready to perform at their best.

Key Responsibilities

  • Curriculum Design – Develop structured training programs that align with company goals and industry standards.

  • Content Creation – Produce engaging training materials such as manuals, presentations, videos, e-learning modules, and workbooks.

  • Needs Assessment – Identify skill gaps and learning needs through surveys, interviews, and performance analysis.

  • Training Delivery – Facilitate workshops, seminars, and field training sessions, adapting to various learning styles.

  • Evaluation & Feedback – Measure the effectiveness of training programs using assessments and performance data.

  • Continuous Improvement – Update and refine content to stay relevant with market trends and organizational needs.

  • Collaboration – Work closely with managers and team leads to ensure training is practical, applicable, and aligned with business priorities.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Big Thinkers – Visionary about the future of learning and talent development.

  • Disciplined Executors – Able to take a concept and deliver a fully implemented, impactful training.

  • Fast Learners – Able to adapt quickly to new tools, methods, and industry shifts.

  • Problem-Solvers – Resourceful in creating solutions without waiting for perfect conditions.

  • Collaborative Team Players – Open to feedback, eager to share ideas, and committed to joint success.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communication, Human Resource Management, or related field.

  • 2–4 years of experience in training, instructional design, or curriculum development.

  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training best practices.

  • Proficiency in creating both digital and in-person learning materials.

  • Experience with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Canva, Google Slides, PowerPoint).

  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.

  • Ability to conduct field training and adapt to diverse learning environments.

What We Offer

  • The chance to shape the skills and careers of the next generation of professionals.

  • Work in a future-focused, fast-paced startup environment.

  • Opportunity to experiment, innovate, and lead impactful projects.

  • Competitive compensation and growth opportunities.
