Key Responsibilities
- Filing of documents
- Report generation and KPI tracking
- Communicating with the drivers and transporters on key company requirements
- Planning on rest and leave days
- Updating of transporter files
- Recording of incidents and accidents relating to transport operations
- Coordinate toolbox meetings for drivers
- Documenting the transporters / drivers’ issue including complains and reporting to the transport supervisor Transport customer care to distributors and internal customers
- Reports on fleet operations
- Updates on incidents and accidents events
- Assisting security, client on regular updates on planning and truck routing
- Follow up with warehouse on the execution of planned orders.
- Share daily reports on activities done
- Attend operations and safety meetings
- Good customer care
- Review driver pre inspection sheets and share highlights of reported defects for closure.
- Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in a Transport and Logistics Management Or related field
- 3 years in similar role
- Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements
- Excellent organizational skills
- Computer literate
