Key Responsibilities

  • Filing of documents
  • Report generation and KPI tracking
  • Communicating with the drivers and transporters on key company requirements
  • Planning on rest and leave days
  • Updating of transporter files
  • Recording of incidents and accidents relating to transport operations
  • Coordinate toolbox meetings for drivers
  • Documenting the transporters / drivers’ issue including complains and reporting to the transport supervisor Transport customer care to distributors and internal customers
  • Reports on fleet operations
  • Updates on incidents and accidents events
  • Assisting security, client on regular updates on planning and truck routing
  • Follow up with warehouse on the execution of planned orders.
  • Share daily reports on activities done
  • Attend operations and safety meetings
  • Good customer care
  • Review driver pre inspection sheets and share highlights of reported defects for closure.
  • Qualifications & Experience

 

  • Degree in a Transport and Logistics Management Or related field
  • 3 years in similar role
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Computer literate
