Duties and Responsibilities

• To teach in areas allocated by the Head of Department and reviewed from time to time by the Head of Department.
• Supervise or assist with supervision of any research studies, attachment and teaching practice undertaken by the students.
• Providing mentorship and career guidance to students
• Participate in the development, administration and marking of examinations and other assessments
• To handle students’ grievances that relate to their learning needs.
• Any other duty assigned by your supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications

Literature

• Master of Education/ Arts (Liretarure) degree or in a relevant field from a recognised/accredited University in the relevant field
• Bachelor of Education/Arts (Literature) degree or in the relevant field from a recognised/accredited University.
• At least three years of post-qualification work experience;
• Demonstrated potential for university teaching and research.
• Commitment to high-quality teaching and fostering a positive learning environment for students
