Position Summary
Liberty Insurance Uganda is seeking dynamic, results-oriented Unit Managers to lead sales teams, grow market share, and drive revenue through effective market segmentation, value propositions, and multi-channel sales strategies.
Key Roles and Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and manage high-performing sales teams to achieve set targets

Segment markets and identify growth opportunities across different customer segments

Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives

Drive product penetration through diversified sales and distribution channels

Monitor team performance, productivity, and sales results

Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships

Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and regulatory requirements

Prepare sales reports and provide market intelligence to management
Qualifications, Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline

Certificate of Proficiency (COP) is an added advantage
-
Minimum of 2–3 years experience in sales, with proven experience managing a team

Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
-
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and customer engagement abilities
-
Results-driven mindset with strong analytical and planning skills
