Key Responsibilities:
- To recruit a team of Financial Planners as per the corporate strategy
- To ensure and maintain levels of productivity as prescribed
- To develop various business segments as per the sales strategy
- To train Financial Planners working closely with the Training unit
- To uphold the brand image and ensure compliance with all internal as well as external regulations
Profile:
- Graduate with 3-5 years of relevant sales experience, BSC, HND
Critical Competencies:
- Sound Knowledge of NAICOM regulations
- Good Communication and team building Skills
- Training and motivation capabilities
- Must have managed a team
