Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, HND or Masters Degree with at least 5 years work experience.
- Applicant must have valid teaching certification and, often, additional certification in school administration or leadership.
- Appicant must have several years of teaching experience, usually at the secondary school level.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities to guide teachers, staff, and students.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with students, parents, staff, and the broader community.
- Proficiency in school management, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Knowledge of educational laws, policies, and regulations.
- Dedication to ensuring a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all students.
- Emphasis on academic excellence and extracurricular opportunities
- Capability to develop and implement a strategic vision for the school’s growth and improvement
- Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in educational practices.
- Must be a computer savvy person.
