We are seeking a creative, motivated, and digitally savvy Volunteer Graphic Designer & Digital Engagement Assistant to support our visual communication and online engagement efforts. This volunteer role is ideal for someone looking to grow their portfolio, gain practical experience, and contribute to meaningful digital initiatives.

You will play a key role in designing visual content, supporting online campaigns, and enhancing our digital presence across social media and other communication channels.

• Key Responsibilities

  Graphic Design & Data Entry

  • Create high-quality visual content including flyers, posters, banners, social media graphics, and other branded materials.

  • Assist in developing visual concepts for campaigns, programs, and events.

  • Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs.

  • Perform accurate data entry, including updating design records, content calendars, asset libraries, and internal databases.

  • Organize, label, and maintain digital files, images, and design documents for easy access and retrieval.

  • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop creative ideas.

  Digital Engagement

  • Support the management of social media platforms through content scheduling, posting, and community engagement.

  • Assist in creating engaging captions, short posts, and digital stories.

  • Track and update engagement data, analytics, and reports through data entry and basic reporting tools.

  • Help monitor audience engagement, insights, and digital trends.

  • Support email marketing activities through simple layout design and content preparation (where applicable).

  • Assist in updating digital platforms such as websites, content management systems, or social pages (basic knowledge required; training can be provided).
