Key Responsibilities:
• Assist study nurses and clinicians in transporting patient files, study forms, and laboratory samples between wards, laboratories, and study offices.
• Ensure timely and safe delivery of clinical trial materials within the hospital.
• Maintain proper records of delivered and received study samples, documents and other materials.
• Support study teams in organizing patient files, follow-up schedules, and logistical needs
on the ward.
• Observe strict confidentiality and ethical conduct as guided by the study protocol and hospital regulations.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Minimum of certificate in Nursing
• Good Clinical Practice certificate
• Previous experience in hospital or clinical research settings is an added advantage.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Physically fit, punctual, organized, and able to work in a demanding environment.
Desirable Skills:
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Good interpersonal skills and professional conduct.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to clinical research standards.
