Warehouse Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and project support to the Warehouse Management team, performing data entry, creating spreadsheets, and preparing reports, and creating and reviewing productivity, equipment, and KPI reports. S/he will facilitate the efficient operation of the assigned department by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Receive and inspect all incoming materials, supplies, equipment and reconcile with purchase orders

Process and distribute documentation with purchase orders, reports, documents and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received.

Receive supplies, and issue supplies and equipment and compile records of supply

Handle and document storage of hazardous materials.

Maintains the warehouse, records area, and stores area in a neat and orderly manner

Verify that supplies received are listed on requisitions and invoices.

Store supplies and equipment in the proper arrangement in the Warehouse.

Ensure all Warehouse safety and precautionary measures and procedures are adhered.

Reply to the general information requests regarding Warehouse supplies with accurate information.

Welcome and greet visitors, supplier, and staff to the Warehouse in a professional and courteous manner.

Direct phone inquiries to the appropriate member of staff.

Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications and Skills Required.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business administration or related field.

Minimum professional experience of three (3) years in administration role in construction projects.

Knowledge of using SAP software and Microsoft Office suites.

Excellent customer service skills.

Work well both independently and in a team environment

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.

Good Communication skills
