We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Audit Supervisor to oversee warehouse processes, ensuring operational compliance, document accuracy, and adherence to company standards. The role involves routine checks, cross-verification of documentation, and enforcing warehouse procedures to maintain high standards of efficiency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine checks on daily results, on-site stack cards, and ensure accuracy and timely updates as per process requirements.
- Cross-check system outbound data with actual waybill outbound to ensure consistency between goods and documentation, preventing discrepancies.
- Perform 6S inspections within the warehouse and produce inspection checklists, issue records, and rectification updates.
- Verify adherence to standardized warehouse processes for all activities.
- Ensure daily document scanning and archiving are comprehensive and completed on time.
- Review daily audit forms and compile statistical data for weekly and monthly checks.
- Monitor issue records and compare rectification progress against benchmarks.
- Complete additional tasks assigned by immediate superiors.
Qualifications and Skills
- Master’s degree, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in large factory or company warehouse management, familiar with factory logistics, planning, production, and warehousing operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong adaptability, ability to handle pressure, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Willingness to work on a shift system (12-hour shifts, alternating day and night).
- Excellent organizational, auditing, and communication skills.
