We are looking for an experienced and proactive Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations in our finished product warehouse. This role requires strong leadership, effective team coordination, and a hands-on approach to ensure efficient logistics, resource management, and seamless collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily business of the finished product warehouse, including system service plan, docking and team management.
- Carry out daily inspections of the warehouse area and conduct effective assessments of warehouse keepers in the warehouse area.
- Coordinate the collaboration among various teams within the warehouse and coordinate with the vehicle team, receiving, shipping, and data teams to complete daily work tasks as planned.
- Communication and consultation between foreign-related departments, and daily information communication and docking with customs clearance department, personnel department, safety department, relevant production workshops, temperature transmission, planning and other departments.
- Analyze and summarize various abnormal problems in the warehouse, participate in the core management scope of the manager, formulate solutions and implement them.
- Take the initiative to find problems, report them, and solve them.
- Be proactive in the work, and able to overcome difficulties instead of responding passively.
- Analyze daily work and resource arrangements and coordination of personnel, vehicles, and equipment.
- Strictly perform various work tasks according to company procedures, be good at making work plans and arranging work priorities to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications and Skills
- Master’s degree, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in large factory or company warehouse management, familiar with factory logistics models, planning, production, and warehousing.
- Proven experience managing teams of 30+ members and motivating grassroots employees.
- Strong adaptability, ability to work under pressure, and willingness to take responsibility.
- Willingness to adapt to a shift system (12-hour shifts, day and night rotations).
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
