- Coordinate all fields operations at the collection center
- Plan and organize the procurement of raw materials (PET recycling material) by liaising with the operations team at the head office.
- Supervise all the staff at the facilities including security, sorters and suppliers
- Establish cordial relationship with the host community.
- Ensure that the facility meets government regulations and environmental laws likewise, health and security standards.
- Source for raw materials at the affordable price as instructed by the operations team at the head office.
- Stay up to date with the latest prices of recyclable materials and production management best practices and concepts.
- Ensure to constantly touch base with GM, Operations Manager and Head Office for smooth operations
