Responsibilities

Ensure process are operates according to the work instructions & adherence to usage standards.

• Carry out the required quality checks as described in the quality control and analysis work practice

• Ensure recording of waste on the appropriate documentation or systems, and reviewing waste trends to identify & resolving problems timeously.

• Manage out of control situations

• Carry out deep cleaning, lubrication & inspection of machines according to work instructions

• Carry out quality checks & analysis as per the quality procedures

• Conducting trends analysis on quality data to identify problems timeously

• Communicate effectively in the work place

• Ensure appropriate problem solving techniques are applied

Qualifications 

Grade 12, O level with 5 credits or better with Maths & Science Diploma in mechanical engineering from a recognized institution 2 years’ work experience in Manufacturing Operations (FMCG) Quality control practices & principles Bottling principles & Processes Computer literate & good Member of Engineering Institute of Zambia
