Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Web Developer to join our team in Kampala. This full-time position will report
directly to the projects Manager. As a Web Developer, you should be able to do Coding and
Development, Design and User Interface, Testing and Debugging, Performance Optimization,
Content Management, Troubleshooting and support, Collaboration in teams, security conscious,

Requirements
Essential Qualifications
– Education: Bachelor’s degree in ICT or related fields
– Experience: 3-5 years in web development or related roles
– Skills: Active Listening, Critical Thinking, Active Learning, Social Perceptiveness, Complex Problem
Solving
– Knowledge: Communications and Media, Customer and Personal Service, Computers and Electronics
– Technology Knowledge: Proficiency in document management software (Zoho doc), cloud-based
software (pCloud), database management systems (Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server)
– Language Proficiency: Fluent in English
Preferred Qualifications
1. Proficiency in coding languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.).
2. Familiarity with front-end development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).
3. Knowledge of server-side languages (e.g., Javascript, Ruby, PHP, Python).
4. Understanding of database management.
5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
6. Ability to work both independently and in teams.
7. CMS is an added advantage
