Possession of a WG4 qualification
Ordinary level qualification
Relevant work experience
Must be able to work with minimum supervision.
Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate must fulfil the requirements below:
Constructing, installing, and dismantling scaffolding systems
Ensuring scaffolding is level, plumb, and securely anchored
Following manufacturer’s instructions and safety guidelines
Conducting regular safety inspections of scaffolding systems
Identifying and reporting hazards or defects
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and codes
Maintaining and repairing scaffolding equipment
Ensuring scaffolding is in good working condition
Replacing damaged or worn-out components
Performing other tasks as directed by site managers or supervisors
