Mission:
- To account and report revenue and cost from national roaming services in compliance with MTN Group policy, company policy as well as both International and Local regulatory pronouncement.
Description:
- Monthly Invoicing of the national roaming partner(s) based on usage.
- Generate and share the Call Data Record (CDR) for the monthly traffic report
- Daily monitoring and management of the national roaming Wallet from finance end
- Communicating the position of the roaming Wallet to the roaming partner to guide against shortage of fund.
- Report the national roaming revenue and cost for the month to the relevant stakeholders
- Implement and monitor service level agreements between MTNN and Roaming partner
- Reconcile financial position with roaming partner
- Ensure timely settlement of invoices
- Monthly reporting of national roaming revenue and cost of sales in Oracle fusion.
- Conduct relevant carrier revenue verification and assurance in association with Business Assurance Department
- Post transactions on ERP
Education:
- A first degree in any discipline, but a finance and management related degree is desirable.
- A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA).
- Fluent in English
Experience:
3-7 work experience which includes:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an area of specialization; with experience in supervising others
- Experience working in a medium organization
- Experience in core accounting function
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Experience in using an ERP system is desirable
- Experience in Finance functions in the telecommunications industry would be an added advantage
