To support our daily operations and ensure high standards of cash management and customer service, we are seeking reliable, detail-oriented, and integrity-driven Cashiers to join our team.

Position Summary

The Cashier will be responsible for accurately handling cash and non-cash transactions, maintaining proper financial records, and delivering excellent customer service while ensuring strict compliance with company policies and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

Cash Handling & Transactions

  • Receive, process, and record cash transactions including receipts, payments, and deposits

  • Accurately issue receipts and ensure proper documentation for all transactions

  • Safely handle cash and ensure secure custody at all times

Records & Reconciliation

  • Maintain accurate daily records of cash, banking, and transaction activities

  • Assist in daily cash balancing and reconciliation

  • Prepare and submit daily cash and transaction reports to management

Customer Service

  • Provide courteous and professional customer service to clients

  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner

  • Guide clients on payment procedures and account-related queries

Compliance & Risk Control

  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls

  • Identify, report, and escalate discrepancies or suspicious transactions immediately

  • Support audits and inspections by providing accurate documentation

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • High level of honesty, integrity, and accountability

  • Ability to work independently, meet targets, and perform under pressure

  • Must be 28 years of age or below
