Nature and scope of the position
- Identify and meet with potential clients and develop effective marketing strategies in order to grow the Company’s loan book.
- Prepare customer credit files for presentation to the company’s credit committee.
- Follow-up with customers to ensure compliance loan disbursements conditions
- Accountable for loan monitoring, collection and recoveries
Other desirable skills and experience
It is essential that the post holder has the following;
- Work experience with a micro finance institution.
- Superior customer service skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Working knowledge in Microsoft Office packages
- High level of integrity
Qualification and experience
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Banking, Finance or equivalent from an accredited university.
- A minimum of 2 years experience serving in a similar position in a reputable organization.
