What will you be doing? 

1.    Designing interactive and engaging user interfaces and engaging user experiences for our digital products, focusing on maximizing user interaction and engagement.
2.    Telling immersive and captivating stories through site experiences that wow the user.
3.    Collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate user needs and brand style into innovative, visually appealing, and interactive designs.
4.    Participating in user research to understand our users’ needs and behaviors and incorporate these insights into your design work.
5.    Developing, maintaining and evolving our interactive design system, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints.
6.    Keeping abreast of the latest interactive UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies in both the web3 and web2 spaces, and leverage these insights in your work.
7.    Reviewing and critiqueing designs to ensure high-quality output, adherence to interactive design best practices and standards.
What experience are we looking for? 

1.    Minimum 3 years experience as a Senior interaction UX/UX Designer or similar role, preferably within the entertainment, gaming, or fashion industry.
2.    A robust portfolio showcasing your interactive UI design skills and demonstrating a solid understanding of design principles.
3.    Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, and interactive prototyping tools like Figma or InVision.
4.    Experience within web3 is highly desirable, but not necessary.
5.    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present interactive design ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with various teams.
