The Partnership and Key Account Officer is expected to seek, negotiate with and sign up potential Partners and Key Accounts with the ultimate objective of generating and converting leads to grow the large systems category.
You’ll be in charge of:
- Seeking potential partners for EcoGen in the respective region.
- Developing and Nurturing Partnership and Key Accounts relationships.
- Negotiate terms of Partnerships with identified Partners and organizations.
- Generate credible Leads during the collaborative interactions with the identified partners.
- Convert leads into sales within agreed timelines.
- Work with ASMs and Marketing Officers to grow Productive Sales in their regions.
- Generate Large Systems Leads and work to close them.
- Market mapping for respective regions to guide the sales strategy.

- You have a bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or a Business-related program.
- 3-5 years of experience in Corporate Sales in the Renewable Sector.
- Experience in designing and implementing effective partnerships.
- Experience in Proposal development.
- Experience in evaluating and researching partnership options.
- Customer relationship management skills.
- Project management experience and skills.
- Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
- Adept with a variety of Software applications (Salesforce,Taroworks).
- Fluent in Chichewa and English.

Location, travel, and start date :

- Traveling up to 30% of your time across Malawi.
