Reporting to the Back-Office Supervisor, The Customer Consultant is responsible for providing customer care services to clients, in the Savings department.
- Maintain an environment that promotes a level of care that makes customers feel welcomed, significant and engaged.
- Creation of Deposit Accounts
- Registration of clients for account opening and ensuring KYC compliance (updating KYC data)
- Responsible for branch enquires
- Registering and attending to customers queries
- Provide daily weekly and monthly reports on business ie accounts opened and closed
- Cross selling of products
- Directs customers to respective officer or right channel
- Issues marketing tools such as fliers to customer
Qualification and experience Requirements
- A minimum of Diploma in Business, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, and/or related fields
- A Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Commercial or Microfinance Banking operations is a requirement
- Good time management
- Good presentation skills
- Strong negotiation skills
