Your Key Responsibilities:
Support clients at all stages of the project lifecycle, including scoping projects, gathering requirements, configuration, development, testing, training, and post-deployment support
Facilitate project teams and establish metrics tailored to the scope and nature of each project
Implement agile and waterfall methodologies for project teams
Understand business needs to define system specifications and collaborate with business analysis teams
Plan and design the structure of technology solutions that meet customer needs in the best and most efficient way
Develop system specifications and communicate system requirements to solution delivery, development, and testing teams
Evaluate and select appropriate software or hardware and suggest integration methods
Perform gap analysis and recommend improvements to delivery teams based on industry best practices
Participate in delivery status calls to closely monitor project status and proactively highlight any issues to senior management, assisting the team in risk mitigation
Support the development and/or configuration of solutions
Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project
Run feedback sessions with customers and execute testing as required throughout a project
Run customer facing user training sessions and attend other meetings with customers as necessary
Develop technical proposals in response to client solicitations
To qualify for the role, you must have:
7+ years of practical experience in software / business application implementation
A Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science/information technology or in a related field from a recognised university
Experience with project management and or business analysis
Ability to conceptualize and translate business requirements into end-to-end technical solutions
Experience in the implementation of large-scale projects
Proven ability to work effectively and collaboratively with customers, across different departments and levels within the company
Knowledge of industry technology trends
Hands-on experience with programming languages and databases would be an added advantage
Experience in consulting practice would be an added advantage
