Summary
The Senior Accountant will be responsible for overseeing all accounting operations related to our real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate accounting and be able to prepare and analyze financial reports, manage budgeting and forecasting processes, ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies, and coordinate with other members of the finance team. The candidate should also be able to perform financial analysis and reporting

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of experience in real estate accounting
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
