What will you do…
Lead complex data architecture engagements, working directly with customers to understand their business challenges and translate them into innovative technical solutions.
Deeply understand the Databricks platform and related technologies, staying current with the latest advancements and best practices.
Develop and document strategic data architectures that leverage the full potential of the Databricks Lakehouse platform.
Proactively evangelize Databricks solutions and capabilities to potential and existing customers through presentations, workshops, and proof-of-concepts.
Collaborate with internal teams such as product engineering, sales, and customer success to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and customer satisfaction.
Contribute to the development of thought leadership content and technical guidance for the broader Databricks community.
Who we need…
10+ years of experience in enterprise data architecture and solution design.
Proven expertise in cloud-based data technologies, including the Databricks Lakehouse Platform, Apache Spark, and related ecosystems (Delta Lake, MLflow, etc.).
Strong understanding of data warehousing, data lakes, data governance, and security principles.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build trust with customers and stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise language for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Passion for technology and a desire to stay ahead of the curve in the evolving data landscape.
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
