Oversee ibis Styles’ local network, computers, software & systems
Act as 1st level support to fix & repair IT-related incidents & user requests.
Conduct preventive maintenance of all ICT & multimedia systems & equipment
Assist in-house guests on IT related matters
Monitor the performance of systems and equipment, troubleshooting, data backup and restoration.
Responsible for the enforcement of IT standards and policies from Accor such as users’ rights, backup policy, preventive maintenance, contingency plan, asset and inventory management
Qualifications
Minimum of 1-3 years relevant work experience in systems administration (Network systems, PABX, Office 365, POS, Opera)
University degree in computer science, Information Technology or equivalent experience.
Cisco certification or equivalent experience (CCNA, CCNP, A+, etc)
Cloud computing certification or equivalent experience (AWS, Azure, etc.)
Strong interpersonal skills, good verbal and written communication skills
